Excellent customer service
I needed to adjust my online order. I called the local number. Excellent customer service. No issue. Fast resolution. Plus, the candy is delish.

Excellent service
Other than my American Express Card being rejected and my Discover Card questioning my purchase, I was very pleased with the handling of my order, which I've not received yet. She scheduled it for shipment only yesterday. The representative was very courteous and friendly. Thank you very much.

I love this candy
I love this candy. I usually get it when I travel to Texas but because of the coronavirus I have not been able to travel so I had some delivered. Didn't take long for the delivery. Thank you!

Pralines
I ordered the 5 lb package of Lammes pralines to give to my wedding guests in their hotel gift bags. The order came in very fast but unfortunately they individual packaging didn't have their name on it, and I wanted my guests to know where they came from. I reached to Lammes and the responded quickly, congratulated us on our upcoming wedding, and sent me some of their stickers to put on the packaging. To our surprise they also sent us a Texas Trio which was delicious. I really enjoyed my experience with Lammes and would recommend them to everyone.
