First, let me assure you that we pride ourselves in excellent customer service and I’m sorry we fell short of your expectations in this case. I have reviewed the details of your return and I can see that we could have handled this situation a little better. There definitely was some confusion on our part in comparing the product that you returned to what you ordered. I do see that once we fully understood the situation, that we did issue a full refund. I see that from the time we received your return until we issued the full refund was 2 days. Normally we are faster than that, so I do apologize for the inconvenience.

I apologize for the experience you had in requesting a refund. I can see that while you ordered these sample-sized products in September, you actually bought these as Christmas gifts. You expected the expiration date to be well beyond Christmas, when in fact, the samples would expire in February. I admit that we could have been more understanding of this and issued you a prepaid return label rather than a non-prepaid return label. If you would like to contact us again, we can issue you a prepaid return label as requested.
