Very professional Loan Officers (i.e
Very professional Loan Officers (i.e. Austin Bross) who went above and beyond his duty to assist my husband and I with the best options and service available for a HELOC Loan. He couldn't have been more helpful to us. With his exuberant knowledge, he was able to answer every question we had along the way, in order to make certain that our loan application process went as smooth as possible.

It’s never been easier to take out a…
It’s never been easier to take out a home equity loan. All transactions were done on my cell phone. Even the notary.

Our good experience happened because of helpful and respectful people. There was a couple of minor problems but they were worked out. One thing is your dept for mortg and home equity loan don't communicate!

Lakeview The Real Deal
Our agent, if I can call him that, broke down everything. Anytime we had a question he was there to answer it. Whatever he told us: each step , when to look for the deposit it was true and happened exactly as he said. He was honest and upfront which you just don’t see in the world today because you always feel like what’s the catch or scammed down the line. None of that was true with Lakeview.

My stepson tuition
My stepson was needing help with his tuition. I was able to get a HELOC with LakeView . The process was straightforward got help when I needed all my questions answered. Thank you .

Employee of the Month
The company representee, Eric Froehling did an outstanding job in helping me thorough the loan process. He helped with uploading documents and giving information on what to expect during the loan process. Without his assistance I probably would have given up completely.
