Lakeshore Restoration LLCReviews of lakeshorerestorationllc.co

The owner/estimator was prompt in both replying to my inquiry and making an appointment to come out to give me a professional opinion along with a free estimate for the work that would be needed. He had workers out there less than a week later and they fixed what needed to be fixed that day. The work was well done, and they did everything we had discussed during his visit. The workmen were polite and professional and left the work space clean. I was quite pleased with the finished product.

Mr. Lopez and his staff were quick in their response to my call --they came out the same day to check out the project and I received the estimate very quickly. In just one week's time, the project was completed to my satisfaction.

Mr Lopez and his crew were professional, polite and good natured. Very neat and cleaned up after themselves. When I had to message Mr Lopez that the paint in root cellar was bubbling on the ceiling. Mr Lopez responded promptly and made arrangements to come back on Tuesday. A new plan was made to allow the ceiling to dry, come back and scrape what had bubbled.

Great team at Lakeshore Restoration, they made our smoke odor removal project look like a breeze.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lakeshore Restoration, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. Lakeshore Restoration removed some heating ducts that were causing issues. Their team was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

We had Rigo and his crew over to our house to repair damaged drywall and prevent mold due to moisture from our roof, and we couldn't be more happy with the results. The consultation was quick, the estimate delivered same-day, and the work performed the following week. Not only was his team kind, courteous, and extremely respectful, but the work was done so well you can't tell a repair was ever made. In addition to the fantastic craftmanship, they cleaned up so well you'd never know anyone was in our home. We also had them clean our air ducts while they were there, and they've never been cleaner. I hope we don't need to have moisture damage repaired in the future, but I'll certainly sleep easier knowing that Lakeshore Restoration is just a phone call away. I can't recommend them enough!

They were a pleasure to do business with. From the start, everything was simple, and all aspects were forward as to what we needed from each other. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and rates were reasonable for the project being done. I will definitely use them again if needed.

This company has by far the best customer service around, got me scheduled very timely and kept me updated about the job as it was being done! Reminders got sent to my phone for the time and date of my appointment definitely would recommend!!!
