Very bad customer service, and deceptive advertising 🙄

Warning ⚠️ They neglect to tell you anywhere on their website they are in China. It took over two weeks for these to arrive. I wanted them for a dinner party I had for my mom’s 78th bday and I was going to give them to her close friends. The necklaces just now arrived. I won’t even open it because they say if you open it, NO REFUND. Guess what else? All three necklaces came in this tiny white bubble package smaller than my hand…so no gift boxes were in there. I’d have been embarrassed to give these as gifts with any boxes. So right now after I do a request to return, they’re playing games with me and asking, “May I so kindly ask why you want to return? I told you in the multiple prior emails why! Be transparent because I’d never have ordered if I knew this company was in Asia. Stop giving customers a hard time with refunds. I’ll update this after I am refunded. I better get every cent back.

Items arrived in 2 weeks. I think the cross with crown are beautiful, they shine and look very nice. Good value as well.

This company is a scam. The company claims to be a Christian company based in the US. It is not. It is a scam and they will set up recurring payments without your knowledge.

Ordered prior to Thanksgiving for a mid month birthday. Say shipping is time for a 3 - 12 days. Never arrives from CHINA. Company makes you think you’re buying from the US. The tracking you receive with your order never updates or says expected delivery date that comes and goes. Customer service emails are “canned” with no real information just an empty apology. If you comment anything negative on the FB posts they remove them so it looks like only satisfied customers. DO NOT BUY!!!

Well, I received my order promptly but when I saw the product, all three of them together aren’t worth $40 the chains already look like they’re tarnishing and I haven’t even opened them up. I’m sending my back hopefully I’m gonna get my money back but I sent an email two days ago and still haven’t received any information.

I bought the cross and crown necklace. The crown isn’t free moving like the ad suggests and it doesn’t come in the cute little hat box. Instead they come in cellophane packets. The company always answered my emails to be fair but it still took almost two months to receive my order,
