Company advertised FREE returns, but when you "request" to exchange or return they just tell you you need to pay pal them extra money for them to ship you. They may offer a minimal "compensation" but REFUSE to return the item. It is SO incredibly misleading. I have been back and forth with them for days but they wont help and honor their ad.

I ordered a dress on 1/4, charged on 1/6 and it arrived 2/9. Regardless the dress isn't as described, poor quality and doesn't fit for 62.00. contacted them for return they offered me 7 dollars and to keep it. cant get them to refund my money or send a return label.

This company is a scam They have on their site that prices are in Canadian dollars and then charge you in USD. They kept telling me it says Canadian but they only accept USD but I was only charged what was stated on the site. Even after I showed them proof from my credit card account that they charged me a lot more than stated on the site they denied it. After complaining again they just cancelled my whole order without even asking. Hoping I see my money refunded but not holding my breath

Made in china. They lie on their website and say all clothing is manufactured in US-Los Angeles. My shipment came from China. Company lies. Beware. Also took 6 weeks to receive items.

The dresses I purchased were not as expected. The material was very weird in one and the other does not fit like I would like it to. I was offered a quarter of what I paid for compensation. This company does not accept returns/exchanges. DO NOT PURCHASE!

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had! They don’t care about customer service after they have taken your money. They don’t respond to your numerous emails if you need to return defective merchandise, and there is no other way to contact them. I basically threw away money on the 3 items I ordered. They encourage you to order more to get free shipping but that’s as far as it goes. VERY UNETHICAL & SHADY COMPANY.

I recognized one of the photos of a model with a particular sweater on the Laeyi website and when I did a reverse picture look up the exact sweater and photo was from Walmart.com and it was $27.00 instead of $50. This site is a SCAM
