Bought a few bundles worth $74 in 2021, wanted to access it recently and it's no longer available. Texted, emailed and facebook messaged Lady Strategist but there wasn't a single reply. Honestly quite disappointed as I considered purchasing more products. Hopefully someone gets back to me ASAP and their email bounced back when I emailed. Truly a bit crazy how they are unreachable or uncontactable at all.

I wish I had read reviews on this company before engaging with them. I tried on several attempts to contact them regarding a charge for a renewed subscription that I did not authorise without success. I then cancelled my subscription via PayPal on the same day they charged me for the unauthorised renewed description, and lodged a dispute with PayPal. Responses from the company via the PayPal system were just shy of sounding like a templated generic response. The final message was to the effect of ‘sorry all sales are final’. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I cannot comment on the infographic products as I actually cancelled after the free trial period but was charged for the 1st year. Never opened any emails after the trial as I found the infographics simplistic and unimaginable.

This company is horrible! Refuses to stand by their word and communication is terrible! I would not recommend them even on my death bed, I’ve been trying to get a refund since March and in April they said they would refund me and never did. Now they act like they are slow and don’t remember the communication. Do not work with them because I’m sure they have great templates but customer service is horrible!!

My experience with LadyStrategist : I never got to see their templates after I purchased a small USD$64 package and was charged instead AUD$401 for an annual subscription. I immediately contacted Ladystrategist who agreed to fix the problem. After stalling for several weeks, they came back to me saying the error was mine and no refund would be forthcoming. I successfully fought the charge with my bank by providing proof that I was incorrectly charged, and the bank refunded my money, but that took several months. 12 months later, this merchant has just attempted to charge me for another years subscription at AUD $441. Lucky my banks fraud department was on the ball and declined the charge.

The templates are very basic and not terribly inspired, but if that's what you like then you might be satisfied. What I don't like is that this is not the woman in the profile image. The profile image they use is a stock image - so they are pretending to be someone they are not just for the sake of marketing. I don't think women should be treated like we are stupid. It really does not matter who the creator is, so why take a stock image and pretend to be someone you are not? When you lie to people as the core part of your marketing tactic it makes me wonder what else you lie about. Also, all the 5 star reviews on here and Facebook are all from FAKE accounts. So... that tells a story!
