I ordered an eBook on the 20th, sent out a support email on the 21st (Their website said to wait 24 hours for the download link before writing their support team.) It's now the 28th and I still have not received even one email regarding my missing order. I've sent out three other emails (one on the 22nd, the 24th, and now the 28th), and still no reply. I advise anyone looking to buy eBooks to try another online source, as these guys just don't seem to care about their products or their services.

Awful, such a scam. I received a fake link and they never replied to my email when I asked for the correct link. I am so frustrated....do not use them! DO NOT USE THEM! STAY.FAR. AWAY.

Ordered 4 e-books for school. Received the e-mail with links within the time specified - ordered at 9:30 pm and had by 5:00 AM. Two books were .pdf only, opened in Adobe Reader and had interactive links (click chapter in contents page and took you to that chapter and had interactive reference and web links). Two books exceeded expectations and was provided in several formats including .pdf, epub, mobi, and kindle formats.

I had really hoped that this website was going to be legit. It has been two days since I emailed them twice after not receiving the PDF that I paid for with no response. Buyers beware and don’t buy.

Don’t order!!!! Ordered a book from LadyShopy. Had to ask for a refund because it was not delivered as promised, then before they could reply to the refund they sent the download. Then when I finally got the download to open, it’s all scrambled and the pages are all jumbled! Junk! Don’t order.
