The cakes are good and are totally…
The cakes are good and are totally worth the price. It comes packed with dry ice! Just make sure to defrost it for at least 12 hours beforehand.

Great Packaging and Delicious Cake
The packaging was amazing and the cake itself was enjoyed by everyone! I only wished the smaller cakes were available for shipping as well.

Cake was packed really well
Cake was packed really well. Delivery to Philadelphia was smooth. I am glad the matcha and chocolate flakes were packaged separately to make presentation special. I ordered the variety cake that is available online only. Would order again. Beautiful cake. Thank you.

I wrote the wrong delivery address
I wrote the wrong delivery address, when the cake did not arrive by EOD on the date it was supposed to, I called and the representative kindly corrected the address, called FedEx, made the correction on their end and made sure the cake would be delivered the following day. She called me back and confirmed everything for me, she was fantastic! The cake arrived perfectly frozen, even though it stayed in transit for an extra day and was delivered on a very hot day and left outside while we got home.
