I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional customer service I received from Lady Bird Deed Now! From the moment I made my request, Mr. Solomon and his team were on it, responding within hours and ensuring everything was handled swiftly and professionally. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and made sure all the forms were accurately documented for the county. My case was a bit more complicated than usual, as I had been misguided by an attorney. Thankfully, Mr. Solomon's expertise and the team's knowledge made all the difference. His support didn't end with submitting documents to the county; he went above and beyond by following up with the county appraiser's office and providing consistent updates. When some of the documents were not legible, Mr. Solomon personally retrieved them from the court and hand-delivered them to the county office. Lady Bird Deed Now is a MUST hire for anyone looking for efficiency, peace of mind, and professionalism. Though this was my first experience, I felt like we became friends, and I will certainly be coming back for any future needs.
