Great customer service.
So easy to use. Everything was explained to a T. I am not too great on computer things but had no problem at all because every step was explained perfectly. Loved how i got several reminders this am about my video appt.

Excellent experience

Very polite and patient with my…
Very polite and patient with my questions. I am 85 and not computer literate but it was all very simple. I was concerned with the online notarization but again, it was so easy and everyone was very helpful. I have mine completed now and filed with the County. My daughter is going to do this too.
