Helpful and terrific staff!!!!
This was the 2nd time we've used Lady Bird deed. Their process was very simple, and the first time we had a little problem because I didn't get the ID verification done for my husband because I couldn't figure out how to do it, but I texted Hannah and she called me back and walked me through it! So the 2nd time went like a breeze. The notary was spot on and walked us through every step of that process. All in all the whole thing was done in 3 days, but maybe a total of 30 minutes time. Awesome. I would highly recommend!!!!!

Thank you so much for trusting Lady Bird Deed not just once, but twice! We truly appreciate your continued confidence in our team. We’re so glad Hannah was able to step in, call you directly, and walk you through the ID verification process the first time. That personal support is exactly what we strive for. It’s wonderful to hear that your second experience went smoothly and that the notary guided you clearly through each step.
