Michael A is awesome!! That’s what I can say about this whole process.. It’s never easy making these kinds of decisions and for once I felt like someone understood and had zero judgement.. He was very professional and clear on explaining all the details, plus had patience with every question I thrown his way. Even the next day I had questions and he was right there. So I want to thank him and this company for helping me in this stressful time!!!

Michael is a very kind man. He had alot of patience with me. When I called I was feeling like I just wanted to give up. After talking to him I feel like a big burden has been lifted.
