Nancy, you have left a message on Friday afternoon, wrote this review on Sunday morning and you received a reply on Sunday night. We do our best to work 24/7, but on weekends we are not able to reply right away. As it is explained in the email to you, the other bra is custom made and information about estimated delivery time was displayed on the product page and at checkout. The bra has guaranteed Christmas delivery (by 20th) I hope you can update your review based on on your further experience with us. Thank you!

We have replied to you several times that the returned item is not defective. You have explained that the seamless shaping brief doesn't seem defective but your wife found a "narrow fabric waist strip to be uncomfortable". We had issued a full refund for your item already in July. We ship all items free of shipping charges, and we do not cover the return shipping fee.
