I am sorry you have missed all the information in the process of ordering from our Custom Order category. Each product from this category has a clear message displayed in green "This product may take up to ... Days for Delivery". Also at checkout in your shopping cart there has been an information about the delay of delivering this product. Custom Order category is our new category allowing our customers choose from more styles made in sizes up to their request. It has been created as a response to many requests for more colors available in our store.

Thank you for your review. On the records I can see you have placed an online order with a code for 10% discount, which was successfully applied. I do not see any other code applied. Currently we do not offer any deals with 3 free panties and have not in the past. You can view a full list of current discounts on top of our Homepage for future purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. The bra size doesn't stay the same throughout the lifetime and it is important to get remeasured every 6 months to choose the size that fits perfect. You can contact our devoted bra fitter with any questions you have and we will do our best to estimate the best fitting size.

Thanks for the feedback. Tip: women's bra size changes approximately every 6 months due to weight fluctuations health and even seasons. Always wearing the same size could become very uncomfortable.
