I received my order but it wasn't my order that was sent to my home. I received a package with another persons items inside. Don't know where my order was sent to.

Everything went wrong

You have frustrated me to the end. I have been a great longtime customer my wife’s drawers are filled with your products. Always been satisfied til last order…. Order #VASZNZCK placed 1/13/23. First shipment sent to Santa Monica, Ca. Who knows why?? After 5-6 emails we were told order re- shipped but we only received one of two of the outfits ordered. 3-4 more emails to customer support. Most if not almost all go unanswered! Finally Sandra responds apologizes and said we are getting a full credit and the missing outfit is on its way. Never got the 2nd outfit NOR the credit!! Sandra has gone silent to the last 3 emails I sent directly to her. Furthermore, I copied all emails and included a written letter mailed to your HQ Att: Customer Service. Never heard a peep back. You guys really screw this up and I can assure you I’ll never order again unless someone gets off their gaming terminal and actually responds to a VALUABLE, FREQUENT CUSTOMER!!! Peter Bradley

The order has taken over 45 days so far. It has not arrived- but I did get an email asking about the quality of service- which was 5 days ago- but still no delivery. It's pretty rubbish, really. I have emailed to ask what's going on but got no reply yet.

Not at all like the pictures showed and very poor quality. The material in the pictures looked like a high quality product but unfortunately it wasn’t. The material felt cheap and not that attractive.

I am being asked to review a product we have yet to receive after a month and a half to two months once we receive the product will be happy to do an appropriate review no one answers my emails or has gotten in touch with us

No correspondence about delivery status and order still not filled. Never buying from here again

I waited to receive my credit card statement. And yes I have a charge. However I have not reviewed my merchandise and the phone number associated with the charge no longer works. I have contacted my CC company to dispute the charge, but will be satisfied if the merchandise is delivered
