Your service is top notch. My grandson is thrilled with his hockey stick and the bonus T-shirt was great. The only drawback was the delivery time. Package finally arrived last night (6/10) I think 12 days from Sacramento to East Bay is a little long! Your staff was very helpful - SUPER Customer Service. Thank you again Erla Boren

Erla, Thank you so much for shopping with us. We are excited to hear that your grandon likes his new lacrosse stick. We are very sorry that your shipment was delayed. It looks like your order was originally placed as an in-store pickup which caused you to miss our standard same day shipping. But that still doesn't explain how long this took. In researching the tracking history for this product, it looks like the USPS sent this shaft on a tour of CA. We are terribly sorry, and we truly appeciate your understanding that this delay wasn't on our end, but with the postal service. Shipping times have certainly been unpredictable since Covid, but this appears to be a case where your package was simply misrouted. Again we apoogize.
