Great company
Great company, my son loved the stick I ordered for him. In his words it was “sick,” I gave a four star instead of a five simply because the website allowed me to order and process a certain, obviously popular tape, but a few days later I received an email stating it was sold out. If that were the case, It shouldn’t have been processed in my order. They were great and refunded my account right away, and sent a pink cameo instead, which I’m not sure I can use, but it was very nice they did that. Thank you!

Rebecca, So happy to hear that your son loved is "Sick" stick. And we apologize for the issue with the tape you were looking for. We strive for perfection, but issues do occassionally come up and in this case there was a miscount in our inventory of that particular item. Our system believed (incorrectly) that we had it, so it accepted your order. As soon as we discovered the issue, we contacted you, processed a refund, and included an alternative color of tape at no additional charge. While it doesn't excuse or make up for the problem, we hope you at least appreciate our reaction and will give us another chance the next time your son needs some new gear.
