I never received my shoe laces or an order number
Response from LacedUp LacesSep 23, 2021
Hi GQ, I am so sorry the laces did not arrive and order number. Could you please email us on [email protected] of your full name, email address and shipping address so I can chase up your order? Many thanks, Jay
Kelz R.
The laces were sent but were returned to the post office due to you all not paying fully for the shipping postage. I want to say i ended up paying 3.47 no more than 4 to receive laces i already paid for. The laces themselves are a nice gold color. Looks like it’s a good quality. I have yet to put them in my shoes so my hopes is that the gold don’t bleed off into the holes of the shoes and the quality stands.

Hi Kelz, I am so sorry you had to pay $4 extra. Please email us on [email protected] of your order details and we will refund you for this amount! However, glad you like the gold laces!! Many thanks, Jay

I ordered pair of laces 1 month ago. I was charged via PayPal and never received a confirmation email. Never got my package. I emailed support about 3 times, and after weeks of neglecting my requests, they said they would ship it out. That never happened. I never received another email. This company is essentially scamming their customers. Save your money and buy from elsewhere, or else you will have to deal with their abysmal customer service and never see your order. EDIT: Despite the company's PR response below, I still have not heard back from them in any way. It's been over 2 weeks since I posted this, and months since my original order.

I know shipping times are delayed due to covid but my laces took well over a month to arrive which is unacceptable and they were thinner than expected.
Response from LacedUp LacesAug 12, 2021
Hi A'Marie, I am so sorry the items took a month to arrive to you - this may be because they were originally lost in transit and we then shipped again. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will do our best to rectify this for you. Many thanks, Jay

I bought laces a month ago, did not receive a trucking number from the company, wrote to the company 3 email no one answered, it's not about money - this is how I lost time with this company
