I just bought tape in extensions yesterday and washed them so they wouldn't look so shiny like "Barbie," hair as I have always done with previous extensions. The hair stinks and I washed it with high quality shampoo and have never had an issue with other brands of hair. This hair smells horrible and is still silky, I hope the smell goes away and the silky feel. Not to mention when I bought the hair, they said the tape on the extensions haven't been sticking and to buy a set of extra tape too. I was pressed for time and a function to attend so I had to get them still, but now this?! After researching, this "burnt," smell on the extensions may be because this is NOT REAL remy hair! Previous extensions that I have purchased from different brands have never had this smell and after looking up this issue, I am being told there is a good chance this "Remy real hair," may actually be fake! -Laticia 385-424-8890

Lost my package in the mail even after I emailed them my correct address & clarified where to send it. & I had to go to the post office3x&they sent me 1 pack of tapes after I tried to order 2. I’ve been a good customer and I am not happy with the Last business was transaction.

Worst hair and company ever. Im a licensed cosmetologist. I ve been using hair extensions since I was 19 (now 34) and this hair felt horrible from the first day. One wash and forge about it! For 659$? The company deleted their reviews on facebook and on their web! So what are they hidding? They even Blocked me from Instagram cause I left a comment about my horrible experience!

Great hair but horrible customer service. I have never interacted with a company where the customer service was this bad. I had issues with my first order of hair thinning and coming out in strands from the tape bond, I sent them detailed pictures and a response and their response was simply “I’m sorry but we can’t do anything about your previous order”. I sent an email back asking why can’t you do anything? And never received any response. If you have any issues with your hair they’re not going to fix it so once you buy, expect that even if the product coming to you isn’t good you’re out of money for it.

This is by far the worst customer service in the beauty industry. I’ve been a stylist for 20 years. The last hair extensions I bought (last because I will no longer use their product) lasted 5 months. They gave me 5% off my next purchase- a whopping $17. They are rude and don’t stand behind their own product. The founder is super sweet but has entrusted her company into the wrong hands. Buy elsewhere!

Received hand tied wefts and half The pack was covered in glue at the top and all stuck together. Customer service took serval days to get back to me. And I needed to use half the pack that wasn’t glued on my guest that was sitting in my chair when I opened up pack. They said they can only do anything if Shipped back the whole pack. I sent management a video of the hair, and nothing came of it. Overall was very disappointed , the hair cost almost $800.

They refused my package to exchange the hair I ordered. Very disappointed.
