Labubu Shop UKReviews of labubushopuk.com

I am so disappointed that I didn't read the trust pilot reviews before ordering. I ordered on the 3rd of October, thinking it would ship from the UK only to find that it actually shipped from China. As soon as I saw that I suspected that the items might be counterfeit. Now all these other reviews just confirm my concerns. I am opening a dispute through Revolut to hopefully get my money back but the worst thing is that I bought it as a gift for my sister, sending it directly to her place in the UK. I would have never gifted a counterfeit product!

AVOID – misleading website and extremely poor customer service I deeply regret ordering from this company and would strongly recommend doing your research before buying from them. The website gave me the impression that I was buying from a UK-based business and that products were dispatched within the UK. After ordering, I discovered that my item was actually being sent from China. I paid on 22 September. After checking independent reviews, I became extremely concerned. Numerous reviews describe the products as very poor quality, which is particularly worrying when the item is intended for a child. Based on what I read, I was no longer comfortable with the quality or potential safety of the product and immediately decided I did not want it. I contacted the company on 25 September and requested cancellation and a full refund. At that point, tracking showed the item was STILL IN CHINA. Despite this, they refused to cancel my order and continued with the shipment. They are now ignoring my messages. I am not prepared to pay international return postage for an item I clearly asked them to cancel before it had even left China. I have now contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and recover my money. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating. The presentation of the business and its dispatch arrangements felt misleading, and their handling of my cancellation request has been appalling. I would NOT recommend buying from this company, particularly if you are purchasing something for a child. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.

I brought two from here and they are clearly fake, emailed requesting a refund and all the emails bounced back, I am hoping the company will reach out here before I report to trading standards, they are clearly still trading.

Do not buy from this shop! I bought a Labubu toy that was clearly fake (though the price wasn’t low!). After sending pictures and evidence, they offered to refund me 50% of the cost to keep it and avoid higher shipping by fees. I agreed but they never paid me. I kept asking but heard nothing and now the returns window is closed. Absolute scam

Scam website, ordered an item for £64.00 .never received it. Phone number is non existent, website returned all emails , do not trust this website. I have had to reorder a Labubu doll from official pop mart site for my granddaughter birthday So in review of the response I have received, no order received, no communication as the emails bounced back within 24hrs of sending them and the number when called was disconnected. You clearly need to revalue your website and correct all the information and process orders when payment is made. So please refrain by making false statements.

Scam website. Ordered over 4 weeks ago, contacted customer service several times, no answer. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - Update. They responded and fed me some rubbish about stock availability and they will issue a refund, guess what, 2 chasers later, still no refund. You would be a fool to use this site Update; for those reading and the stores response, I have already messaged their customer services several times and I'm still awaiting a refund. Another update - I never did receive the refund, i had to apply a charge back on my card which was accepted by my provider... Please don't use this company, its a complete con

14 days to deliver and not Genuine. The site says nothing about delivery times, once id ordered a labubu, and waited a few days i contacted the company who informed me it could take upto 14 days for delivery, they come from China. On receiving the item, I compared it to other labubu items my child has, this item doesn't seem Genuine, and the counterfeit tag QR didn't work.

I recently purchased a blind box ‘exciting macaron’ Labubu for my son. I received the product today. I am not convinced it is a genuine labubu, having recently purchased another similar Labubu from Hamleys (for the same price). There is no collectors card and the Labubu and packaging are of a lesser quality. The item also arrived totally crushed due to inadequate postal packaging! I am not a happy customer! Having now looked closely at their reviews, the hand is the same in all the photos. These are almost certainly fake Labubu.
