Avoid
Honestly, my whole experience with the company has been dreadful and while I'm relieved to have had a partial refund, my overall feeling is that I have been scammed. I purchased an alarm clock using a link that said it was a brand new 2026 edition and for £70 I was expecting a high quality item. Instead, I received a simple plastic alarm clock that I could have bought for much less on Amazon. It had zero branding on the box and even clearly stated that it was a 2023 edition. As I had clearly been sent the wrong item, I asked for a full refund. But instead of getting one, I was given the excuse that it was the 2026 model and it hadn't been rebranded yet. However when I asked for the differences between the 2023 and 2026 models, or the VIN numbers, my questions were ignored. I have sent the item back and anything less than a full refund would be entirely unacceptable in my opinion.
