Order #5308
What a great company to do business with. I called on a Thursday afternoon and asked if it was realistic for me to place an order and receive it in time for a Saturday afternoon brew day. They told me they'd do their best to get it out that day. I took them at their word and placed the order - pretty much everything except the base malt for an 11 gallon batch. I got an email from USPS about 20 minutes after I placed my order telling me that they'd received a shipment notification. I used the included tracking number and followed the order all the way to my town and sure enough, Saturday brought my ingredients and my brew day was a success. You don't always find customer service like this - and I really appreciate it when I find it! Thanks labelpeelers. This was my first order with you, it won't be my last.

I've used Lablepeelers aprox. 5 times and have great experiences everytime, On 1 occasion I ordered 2 wine kits & they were damaged in shipping, LP expedited the replacement at no additional charge. My only recommendation would be to carry more product like Midwest so I wouldn't have to deal with them at all.

I highly recommend these guys.
I've used Labelpeelers several times now, and am very impressed with the great prices, and speedy shipping. More impressive than that though, is the personal time and information they have given me when I call with brewing questions. Their level of knowledge, and obvious love of brewing, really makes the difference. I highly recommend these guys.

Low Prices and Great Customer Service
I have ordered from labelpeelers.com many times and they always get my order right, ship it out immediately and they are the lowest priced that I have found on the Internet. They even got one of my orders packaged and shipped 20 minutes after the order was placed. I will never go anywhere else as long as labelpeelers.com is still around.

Awesome Customer Service
They refunded me part of the shipping charge because it came out less than the original quote from UPS. Who does that?
