Get ready to deal with crabby staff. These poor folks would probably be working somewhere else if they could. If McDonald’s were a lab, this would be it. If you absolutely must go here, try to keep a sense of humor and crack a lot of jokes so you can see the the looks on their stone faces.

I arrived at LabCorps Lacey
I arrived at LabCorps Lacey, WA at 11:54 for a new Employment Drug Screen. After walking in the door, the employee that greeted me asked if I was there for a blood draw. I responded and said, "No Ma'am, a urine drug screen. She stated that I would need to return at 14:00, and my employer should have told me that, that they are closed from 11:45-14:00."
I looked at my watch, and it was 11:54. I responded and stated, "the order confirmation stated you are open for lunch."
This is an inconvenience. As a business, your time is important, just as mine is as a patient. I strategically planned and scheduled this time, to facilitate my other appointments for the day. If I had know, from your Confirmation Order form, that you were closed, I would have planned accordingly.
We as business owners, forget at times, if it wasn't for our customers and clients, we would not have a business. Allowing a customer to walk out (9) from a non-posted cutoff time, is not good practice. As well, the lack of professionalism from the employee, definitely will not recall my return to this organization.

If i could give them a "0" i would…
If i could give LABCORP a "0" i would because i believe a 1 is too high for the service they provide. I am a director of nursing and they have consistently made "errors" on the way they handle blood samples. When you take samples to stat lab they consistently forget to spin the samples or follow the procedures needed for some specimens. Calling them does not make any difference because they always say it was the nurses fault. So i started taking some blood samples myself to labcorp to find out if the nurses or lab corp personnel were at fault. Found out that lab corp was at fault. Needles to say we are going to use another lab that understands the importance of providing quality care and accurate and timely results. They do not seem to understand that the patients well being is important.

LabCorp is Pathetic
Pathetic. These people don't care to give real service. They don't pick up the phone, local or corporate, time after time. They don't do their job. It's horrid people have to deal with them.
They lie.
They don't follow through.
They drop calls or throw them back into the call system.
They suck.

I won't come here if it was the last lab on earth
I came here (Labcorp,Upland CA) only once and I pray nothing ever brings me back here. Front desk staff was very rude and impatient. The waiting area had a damp smell, air conditioning wasn't working properly. I will never come here again.

Every time is a HORRIBLE Experience.
Welcome to modern medicine. Nonexistent customer service, unprofessional and amateur staff, and a feeling of less than sanitary conditions.
I have been to LabCorp facilities a number of times over the years and every experience has been terrible. Today, my wife asked me to drop off a sample for her. She had it all bagged and labeled. She said she was told it would be easy to just drop it off and go. I said ok.
I got there, went to the window where I was directed with a fingerpoint and a bark to register at the kiosk. I looked at the kiosk and back at the girl who gestured with another fingerpoint to go to the kiosk.
I went. Answered the questions for my wife, finished, and went back to the window. They signaled me with hand gestures to go to the door to come in for a screening interview.
What? I was there to drop off a bag that had it labels.
Another time I had to give blood and the phlebotomist stuck me 4 times, blaming me for having rolling veins instead of admitting that she didn’t know what she was doing.
I will not step foot into this business again. I will make sure that my insurance company knows about their poor service too.
