First off I want to state that the phlebotomist that I worked with was excellent little timid but that's fine We all got to start somewhere. Secondly your staff member Maci Howell deemed it necessary to walk up to the front desk and discuss personal private information about me loud enough everybody in the waiting room could hear it I have 50% hearing loss so if I heard it everybody else did, is that standard practice?

I had an appointment for a fasting lab test and drove to the location. They had an option to check in online using your phone due to the covid situation. I checked in and got this message "Once checked in, you can wait in your vehicle or another location. You will receive a text when your LabCorp technician is ready to see you." I was waiting in my car for about 15 min, nothing happened. I walked to the door only to find out that they were closed today! How on earth do you let people make appointments for the date you are closed on? I never got any text, email or phone call regarding this. They had a paper on the door with the address of another nearest lab. I drove there, and guess what, they messed up the address! So I had to google the correct address and drove there. People were coming there from that closed office and did not get any apologies for this situation. The lady that worked with me was unfriendly and unprofessional. Any boy oh boy they are slow! There were at least 4 people working there and they took 4 people in about 40 min that I had to wait there. I will specifically ask my doc never to send me to labcorp again.

Got a bill in the mail for something from 3 years ago, when I was deployed and not even in country. Then they put it on my credit report. Took 4 months to get it removed.

I scheduled my appointment online and got a confirmation with a scannable QR code. I then received an email confirmation from Labcorp of this confirmed appointment with the QR code, and the time, date and address. On arrival at location I clicked the link in the email to check in, and was confirmed as checked in and they would text me when ready. I then recieved a text message saying they were ready for me and to come inside. Once I got in, sat in the patient chair and rolling up my sleeve for a blooddraw they said I was not in the computer and did not even have an appointment !! WHAT. Despite my showing them the appointment confirmation and QR code I was DENIED service because then they said I didn't pay online. To be clear there there was NO opportunity to pay online during the scheduling or I would have done so. I answered all questions honestly and followed all prompts and was confirmed with an appointment. I had the payment in my hand IN CASH WHICH WAS REFUSED. I did indeed schedule this via the official website labcorp.com but was told that I did not. This was a lie, as I have proof. I left very disappointed. I wasted my day off and driving 2 hours for NOTHING. I demand to be compensated for this.

They sent my blood out of state so my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Went back and forth over 2 weeks and the insurance company told Labcorp how to resubmit it so it would be paid. Labcorp refused! My insurance eventually felt bad for me and pushed it through. Labcorp could not explain why my blood was sent out of state. The representatives at Labcorp that I talked to were very unhelpful and treated me like I was trying to pull one over on them. Avoid them if at all possible!

My Mom had her blood drawn at LabCorp branch in Garden Grove California at Doctors order. Its been nearly 4 weeks now and we still haven't gotten the results! I have sent an email to customer service at their website 2 weeks ago and no reply yet. Horrible.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist neither in person nor on the phone in Goffle Rd, Ridgewood lab in NJ, she does not seem to be helpful and her customer service and hospitality is zero.

Labcorp lady at the site where I’m working In Hammond Louisiana Is extremely rude not only with coworkers but also with the patients.
