Unprofessional and rude. I signed up in August, and the people on the phone were just ignorant and rude. Never mind, we'll give it a go anyway - we went through the checks etc and arranged a "quick" screening appointment. The day before the appointment they send an email saying that the appointment is 3 hours! I reply asking to rearrange as they hadn't said that it would take anything like so long, and they reply "don't worry, it's just a generic email". A firm that deals in healthcare needs to have much better people skills, and accurate communication. I gave them another try, and once again the staff on the original call was just rude - never again. Incompetent, and rude. You need to retrain outside of the care profession. This is about the Leeds office.

LabCorp sent to my doctor incorrect lab work. When I tried to reach out to them to inform them of the error, they refused to discuss the situation with me. In addition, they sent me a bill for the incorrect labs. DO NOT go to them

I took a COVID test at Walgreens on October 19, 2021 and Lab Corp never contacted me with results. Horrible experience trying to retrieve the result.

Walked into Lab Corp at 255 Friday for a simple urine pre employment drug screen, was told rudely to come back Monday at 9 am I went back at 845 , was told it would be 1 to 2 hour wait, just to pee in a bottle, Drug screens can be be refrigerated. I am 67 and holding urine is not an option plus The waiting room was packed NO Social distancing aprox 16 peoples in a 10x8 room no hand sanitizer. Lab corp should be Temporary or permanently closed. I am a Health Professional. Lab corp is a lab! Sick people get their blood drawn.. employees at desk are not wearing mask. NO ONE IS CHECKING TEMPERATURES ! PEOPLE ARE SITTING. 10 INCHES - NOT 6 FEET -- FROM ONE ANOTHER LAB CORP IS AN ENDANGERMENT TO ONES HEALTH. Lab corp should hire more staff Get customers in and out, streamline their process or shut their doors. I am waiting in my truck hoping to actually to get a text but incompetence knows no end.

Technician hurt my arm badly bruised and swollen. I called to complain, was offered my copay back and told to maybe go to a doctor (didn't offer to pay this copay fee though). This happen to a friend to, Staples street S location Corpus Christi. Will never go back.

Inconsistent services My first visit was very good professional greeting and excellent service. My second visit was horrible 😫 the person at the front desk acted like they couldn't be bothered, the person who administrated my blood withdrawal hit a nerve and it felt like and electric shock. It still bothers me a month later She decided to go to my other arm and after finally finding a vein I ended up black and blue for two weeks I was butchered
