Charges with no billing details; no invoice number to go by. It should be illegal to be this poor at communicating. I've tried emailing and have not heard back. An 800 number went to a busy signal. An in-state number went completely silent the moment I called. Seriously? I'm not one to consider legal action, but it's really pushing it.

Avoid this place at all costs! They billed my insurance company incorrectly multiple times resulting in the lab service coming up as Out of Network! I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to work this out, and they just keep sending me bills for over $2000 due to their clerical error!

Any respectable website should not make it this hard to create a new account and pay a bill. I have been trying for months to create an account so I can pay a bill and it has never worked. I get a cryptic message saying that the registration didn't work and that I should try again later. When I try later, I get the exact same message, with no other guidance about how to proceed. This has been going on so long, I've actually gotten late payment notices in the mail for the bill I've been trying to pay. Totally unprofessional of Labcorp.

Conveniently I was able to order a test and make an appointment online created a patient portal everything that I needed online to show up for my appointment…. So I thought. However, upon arrival I am told that I have a past due balance; this balances around $100 and they can't provide me any service without that being paid right then. Of course, unprepared did not have as I had already prepaid online. Issues i have 1, no notification in any of the two emails or portal of this past due balance and the requirement to pay it in order to perform the services or even a cautionary mention to make sure you check any balances so if you have any past due or outstanding balance these must be paid before you have your appointment or you will not be able to have services. It certainly notes that if you're 15 minutes late you won't get service. This type of note would level up to a more excellent Customer Service plus resolve bills I'm sure. #2. Treatment by the representatives was extremely poor and disrespectful customer service obviously no real customer service mentality. Britney over at Mebane Cone Health LabCirp comes out as the Manager Rep. To address my issues she doesn't apologize for the miscommunication or take any responsibility for LabCorp to me as a customer not being aware that this would impact my services today and that I took off work. But is sure to raise the volume of her voice where there is a waiting room with people that can hear every single thing that's been said where she repeatedly five or six times loudly states about the past due balance and how I can't be serviced until it's paid. I respectfully respond that none of that was noted anywhere and I took off work, still, No acknowledgment that improvements in communication could be made on their end, in fact, an excuse is made about how the systems don't communicate. Treating me with contempt, disrespect and dismissiveness just because I have a past due balance that needs to be paid instead of with empathy, compassion and respect plus an acknowledgment that things could've been communicated better and then both people would have their needs met: LabCorp would have their bills paid and the customer would get provided the services Will not use LabCorp again.

This company is horrible it has no consideration for disabled people! Can't talk to a human as their website is NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT AND TRYING TO TALK WITH A HUMAN AT A SPECIFIC PLACE ABOUT A APPOINTMENT IS IMPOSSIBLE! I CAN'T FIND OUT IF PAPERWORK IS NEEDED TO FILL OUT. IF IT IS HOW DO I DO IT AHEAD OF TIME? THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH. I CAN'T EVEN FIND PUT IF THE PLACE IS DISABLED ACCESSIBLE! I HATE LABCORP! THEN I READ THEIR TEST RESULTS ARE 70% ACCURATE! THAT IS HORRIBLE LAB PROCEDURE PRACTICES! SOUNDS LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! IF A ZERO STARS WERE AVAILABLE I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY WHO DO NOT SUPPORT DISABLED! REMEMBER IF IT WERE YOU WOULD YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A THIRD CLASS CITIZEN! THINK ABOUT IT. MANY VETERANS, SUCH AS I ARE DISABLED AFTER SERVICE TO OUR COUNTY. IS THIS HOW YOU WANT THEM TO BE TREATED?

DON’T count on LabCorp to get you Covid19 PCR test results before your flight (which has to be within 72 hours). My daughter was tested Sunday for a Wednesday flight and had to get & pay for a Rapid test at the last minute because LabCorp still didn’t have her results. The results finally showed up Thursday afternoon. They shouldn't be allowed to handle Covid tests. Very irresponsible.

Lab Corp tries to charge patients for lab bills they already paid.

My father (~80yr old with a leg injury) went to the Walgreen site (Advent, Cary) to have his blood drawn by his doctor's order. We checked at the kiosk successfully and received text messaging to proceed with the blood drawn. Then this lady staff came out and very rudely ordered us to go to another site as she couldn't "see" us in the system - she didn't ask my dad's name nor check! Then she slapped the door shut. The second time when she was out, we handed over the lab test copy and asked her to please check, and again, she didn't even glimpse at the lab order and demanded we just find another Labcorp site. My father had to drag his limped leg to another site for this routine blood draw - it's so ridiculous! I haven't seen such a hostile and disrespectful staff ever in any patient care settings. This site deserves a zero or minus score for how they treat their patients, customers, and people. Please DON"T go to this site whatsoever. Staff like that should be fired, period. It ruins Walgreen's reputation too.
