I went for a blood test to Labcorp on May 6th ,2022 at 8 a.m. at 75-35,31st Ave Queens,NY 11370. They asked for a paper referral.I showed it to the lady on my phone, email.They were not ready to accept it.I asked for the email.to be able to email it to them.But guess...there email didn't receive my referral despite sending for 3 times.Finally I had to go to the market and print the referral.Strange..they are still asking for paper?And their email is a total disaster.The front desk ladies were confused and unfriendly.For no fault of mine I had to waste my time.Very frustrating experience.

I had an appointment at Labcorp located at 100 NW 170 street. The check in process was long and complicated. The blond lady at the front desk was very rude.

I had my blood drawn on 3/31/22, three weeks later my Dr has not received the results, lab personnel at 14 ave in Pasco are very rude an unpolite, I checked the first time one week after the test and they said, the testing may take up to two weeks also That I could get my results online thru my labcorp account, sent 2 request thru the app and never replied back, finally after 3 weeks, they gave me the customer service number and they said results were re sent, which I hope they did this time. Wish there were a competitor in this area. I do not recommend this lab corp

It has been 2 week waiting for test results. I called today to fund out when they will be posted. The agent i talked with said when they are done and if they are finished they will be posted. As I was asking for more details, I heard her laughing with someone else in the office. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected. Just about par for this place.

Appointments mean very little here, and the “wait in your car” option (or whatever they call it) is a sham, texting you that your technician is ready when they clearly are not because they call in several people before calling you. Also, expect to be ignored when you arrive—the employees are rude and indifferent. And that’s just based on my last two visits! I’ve had more than two bad experiences with this lab over the years. I wish they had some real competition in my area.

Had an appointment - got a confirmation the day before and went to a "closed" office. Seems Covid makes people "stupid." If an office must be closed then an email should be sent to those with appointments advising an alternative. I also don't accept "routine computer follow up. Same comment applies. It is routine efficiency to handle problems as they arise.

Don't Ever Go To This LabCorp!!!!!! Address: 10801 Foothill Boulevard, Suite 104, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730 I went to this location at 7:00AM to get a SAME DAY STAT lab done. The doctor who ordered it is in Utah which is 1-hour ahead of California. The instructions on the lab order were to send results back to the doctors fax number. About 4 hours later I got a lengthy text from his nurse whom I communicate with about everything on what my purposes of seeing this doctor is. She tells me she had reached out to LabCorp and they had ran the WRONG TEST!! I was very concerned as I know I emailed the test that my doctor had put on his patient portal for me. I double checked everything to make sure I didn't email the wrong test! Both me and his nurse were stumped. She told me that the order they had was for something else than what I gave them and they told me that the order in the system showed another test. It turns out all they did was look at the history of the same Doctor that was ordering these labs and just assumed that it was for the same test. I guess! They didn't even look at what the order was that I had brought in the day I came in. THIS PISSED ME OFF SO BAD! Needless to say me going in at 7AM in hopes of getting the results back to my doctors office in plenty of time were of no luck because of this MISTAKE! I do not plan on going to this location again!

I'm driven here by my own terrible customer experience with LabCorp billing. You don't have to take it from me. See summary: "LabCorp customer service is ranked #576 out of the 997 companies that have a CustomerServiceScoreboard.com rating with an overall score of 29.11 out of a possible 200 based upon 385 ratings. This score rates LabCorp customer service and customer support as Terrible." This is from a website called Customer Service Scoreboard. Or look at complaints on BBB where they are garnering a hefty 385 complaints. >>> Maybe the media relations department should wake up a little?
