I was seen in the emergency room for a UTI. I had follow up with my primary care in three days. A urine culture and other lab work were sent to LabCorp. It has been five days and I still have no results. When I contacted the LabCorp representative I was told that the results all had to be complete before results could be released. After complaining to the practice and it’s hospital owners I did manage to get a preliminary result but no antibiotic susceptibilities yet. I have now been off antibiotic‘s for over 24 hours without a final result to assist in determining my care.

Wish I could give 0 stars. What a scam. My doctor is out of network in New Jersey were in the tri-state area, I live in Pa. I pay cash for my annual and he gives me a coupon for lab corp every year the last few years. Last year I mailed my coupon with the discounted amount in a check in right after I get the bill, I get a statement in the mail saying I need to pay the full amount, I called them up and they said they received my payment on may 2 and they should have had it may 1st. I mailed it right away, I had to mail it, it was a coupon. This year I made sure it was out on time sending it overnight, same thing statement comes after I mailed my coupon/payment I call up knowing Im on time. Now this year the coupon is for New Jersey residents even though my dr is in New Jersey, and they want to see the coupon I mailed in. Trying to explain to these people that I no longer have the coupon because I mailed it in, it should be documented with my $90 payment that they clearly see as I still have a balance of $200+ dollars because they took the $90 off. They don't honor anything. They run scams. They wanted me to sign up for their payment plan and when I told them I cant afford it hence the coupon 2yrs in a row, they have an “outside company” that they sent me an email for “hardship” that Im supposed to give my social security number to? Looks bogus like a loan shark application. I wish my doctor would chose somewhere else to send my paps. These people are crazy.

Will never use again to get Covid test results before flying out! Now, I know the 48 hours stated to get results is no true. Took a week! Needless to say I missed my flight and other domino effect and had to go to an airport test site and pay $200 to be able to take a later flight which happened to be delayed and I missed the international connecting flight, etc.

Rarely answering a phone call.

NO ONE EVER HAS A MANAGER ON SITE AND ITS BEEN 4 DAYS SINCE A SIMPLE URINE TEST, BLAMING UPPER MANAGEMENT THAT YOU NEVER SEE OR CAN NEVER SPEAK WITH

This is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Their systems do not work and they blame the customers for that. They do not want to answer any questions, no response back on emails and want to put the phone down while you are still talking to them. They are the most unprofessional and incapable customer service members that i have spoken to, and are incapable of helping with anything to do with a fault in their own system.

My prescription is held up waiting on labcorp to process my ua. They said it takes 24-48 hours, it's been over 3 days and no results.

Made appointment at 1 pm today on line. Was reminded about my appointment at 1 pm. Which is nice! Came 5 min before. The lab was closed for lunch.!! Why was my appointment allowed to be made on line if the lab is closed for lunch????!!! Sitting in a car for 35 min !! Wrong info about labs hours on line. Discrepancies between reality and on line info!! Bad operation!! Very UNsatisfied!!
