The first time I used LabCorp services, it was fine. No problem. Then I had to do a second blood lab, and that's when my problems with LabCorp began. I collected blood on September 20, 2022. After two weeks of waiting for the results, I contacted customer support. They told me my name was wrong and I should receive the results in 48 hours, but after 72 hours, nothing. I got customer service again, and they could not solve the problem.

21+hrs to result a STAT Hcg. This test takes less than 30min to run in a hospital. Obviously they don’t know (or don’t care) what STAT means.

I am trying to get bloodwork for my 87 year old mother in law. The doctor has submitted orders multiple times. We’ve made 2 trips to find out they do not have the orders. I tried calling multiple time to verify before driving there. They do no answer the phone. The dr tried to call and couldn’t get an answer. The dr called another location the person answering the phone would email the office manager to get answers. I have spent 2 days trying to resolve the issue. I am still trying to resolve the issue with Labcorp. I called the corporate office. The Cumming location would answer their calls. Another email was sent to the office manager. Maybe I will get a response tomorrow

Waiting time was more than one hour. Haitian of this service was 1540 Rt 202 I Pomona, NY 10970. The blood draw was not professional. The patients are waiting outside no place to sit not inside chairs not outside. What’s patience with three kids infants sitting on the floor breast-feeding the kids.. Inside’s office was Menu of cheers Who is in the office not used by anybody nobody was allowed sitting on these chairs everybody was outside in the weather weather sitting on the floor. My urine test was lost no order in the office is a mess. Workers are not professionals complain do you cook that they’re not enough workers why they cannot do a good job. I cannot believe that is professional lap which taking blood from people not professionally it’s very dangerous what going on in this lab

I had no experience with Labcorp until this year, and unfortunately I have to say that this first experience was a very poor one. The problem is their extremely poor communication. I never really saw any results, and it was never made clear to me that I had to go through the website to do so. I really have to wonder this-why not just text someone and notify them when their results are ready? When I sent an e-mail to the company customer service about my lack of results, that was not answered, and when I finally got to talk to someone directly, they basically said, "Sorry. Now pay us." This kind of medical "care" is exactly why there is such a thing as medical tourism!

This a review for primex labs. First of all, the phlebotomists are a no show to my MD office consistently when they are scheduled to work and leave patients waiting in the waiting room hanging; no apology or compensation offered. Patients are to find other locations to go to on their own. In their Pasadena location they are working short staffed. They try to accommodate long lines of people (because other locations are closed), without utilizing good enough hygiene. E.g. the lab tech who is drawing blood is not washing or disinfecting her hands in-between patients, touching patients' arms where she has cleaned with alcohol with dirty hands where she is about to insert the needle to draw blood. She was wearing gloves but the gloves were dirty and ripped; because of short staffing she was busy accommodating patients but hygiene is suffering. Accommodating patients quickly does not mean quality patient care. Quality care include safe care. I am concerned! This is unsafe practice. I wish management will attend to these issues.

Facility is understaffed with unqualified technicians. Customer service is very rude. I have a 1:15 appointment and I am still sitting in the room for over 30 minutes.
