Unprofessional and rude customer service with little knowledge of their job. They say they are so busy that they won't even listen to my answers.

Cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before it was scheduled for. No appointments for 3 weeks. Said they have staffing issues.

I had lost my job a few years back. I went to a Labcorp in Levittown, PA. I had no way of paying the $200 that I was responsible for. My insurance will only send me to Labcorp. So when I was in the hospital for internal bleeding,I was told when I get out, I would need blood work to monitor my levels. I went to Labcorp and was told I owed $200 and they refused to help me. Even though my new insurance would cover 100% of all of my visits to Labcorp. Which would have been WAY more then the $200, which I did still owe. I still need lab work to monitor my blood iron levels. And was told again, no. Let this be a lesson to all. Labcorp does not care whether you live or die. As long as they get your past due. Do yourself a favor. If you can go ANYWHERE else do so.

The young lady was very rude to me. I am older 84,needed blood drawn,put on tourniquet,was so tight c hardly stand it. She walked out of room left it on my arm. Came back un tightened it but gave me an attitude.I have got lots of blood drawn never had someone so unfriendly. Her name was Lisa. It would be nice to treat older people with a little more kindness.

Over an hour and half wait is unacceptable. It's time to look for new insurance. It is always feels like we are all being punished for some horrible crime including the employees.

The labcorp on Wilcox Dr. Was so unprofessional! The 2 women had to double check on something for my insurance and acted like I was such an inconvenience to them. You walk in and that’s how you get treated. Maybe they should change careers! Going to a different one next time! Wilcox dr in Dublin is pathetic!!

I tried to get a basic blood test done at Labcorp twice, they are 0 for 2. The first one didn't have the test I needed in stock, waste of the morning fasting. Then I tried another location. This one was jam packed with probably 20 people waiting in a tiny room. The check in kiosks weren't working so I tried to check in at the front desk. After waiting for 30 min I told the lady the machine wasn't working, she shrugged and said she can't help unless I check in first. I left, will never go back there.

Customer service is very poor. The person who answered me rudely said that her name was Latoya. They must be a little considerate of patients.
