Booked an appointment for 10:30 am at the Walgreens Charlotte Ave location in Nashville. Arrived on time to a note on the door saying site is closed.

The automated check-in system is causing chaos at the Orange Park, FL location. I witnessed five people leave because they didn't have their insurance card with them or couldn't complete the check in. No one was available to help. All the techs were busy with the clients who were able to check in. I was unable to give a urine sample after my blood was taken so I asked if I could return it later. To return a sample, the patient has to re-sign-in on the automated system. I waited 50 minutes for my name to be called before walking out. I will NEVER visit this location again.

I went to labcop and when the lady saw me, she got a big attitude with me just because I didn't say hello back after she did. Yet I never heard her speak a word to me

On 9/27/2022 I had a blood test done by labcorp the insurance did not cover it and they charged me $1,469.00. So I called the Doctor that wrote out the script and she said she could had done for under $500.00. So beware of labcorp they will take advantage of you and rip you off.

The Labcorp on Camino Ramon street suit 110 . There are 2 labs in the same parking lot so it’s easy to be confused as to which one is the correct one . The lady working at the suit 110 was so rude !!!!!!!!!

Appointment was at 9:10 a.m. I arrived 15 minutes early. Was told by the receptionist that patients were taken in order so that the person holding the 9 am appointment would be taken before me - fine, no problem. 9 am comes and goes and at 9:05 the person shows up. They don't get taken right away and at 9:40 I give up and walk out. If these people treated "patients" like "customers" they would operate on time. Sheesh!

Horrible customer service. Rude, Belittling, inconvenient, inconsiderate, lazy and a big monopoly of big medicine, big boys with deep pockets.

Just one more bad review. This company is horrible. They need to clean house and start over from scratch.
