Terrible, employees will treat you like you in a prison , then they came with another way to rip people off by asking you to take $150 from your card , then why we do have insurance, there excuse was if the insurance dose not cover it , cover what , it’s just lab work , and this this new method to steal form citizens, but they don’t blame them and sounds like no regulation and department of health dose not care about citizens at all

The person drawing the blood has very poor skill level. A huge bruise formed in the area of where blood was drawn. I do not recommend this location or LabCorp for the drawing of blood. This was an awful experience

December 2022 Caution! I was billed nearly $2300.00 - two thousand three hundred dollars - for a "routine blood test with vitamin d." Medicare denied payment for services and LabCorp sent a nasty first bill saying since I signed a patient agreement I am responsible. This is after having to wait 3-1/2 hours in the lobby (with an appointment) because they only had one person drawing blood and acting as a receptionist. Also, my arm was so sore and black/blue for 2 weeks, I could barely function. Patient beware here!

Went to the Tustin location. NO parking spaces. Employees take up most of the parking spaces. You have to double park your car!! My Appointment was 45 minutes late!!

They were awful with my 2 month old they were going to let someone new practice on putting an iv in her while she was distressed. On top of that they completely went around my insurance and have been billing me full price. They were so rude we wanted to leave before the blood test.

Labcorp have there employees working hard but they don’t pay them well,also they don’t provide proper emergency medical live pay for.also there PTO DO NOT Accumulate every year.all the sick days you have they take that out your pto as well also pay very low

I received a text that my lab results were in. Logged on to the patient portal only to find the results there were 4 yrs ago. Checked every day for a week- same. Called the referring doctor. No results sent. No human at the CS number given. Contacted by email, the response was: "We see you have accessed the portal, hope you continue to use Labcorp." Went to the lab to get a human. They were unable to tell me anything other than, "Call" The phone number given is ALL automated so no answer to why their portal isn't updated.

Such a demeaning and disrespectable experience in dealing with this sketchy place. My doctor referred me here for tests that he needs to treat me. The receptionist is behind transparent glass and ignores people in line who need help who are standing right in front of her. The bathroom is dusty and dirty. I had my blood drawn and returned a few days later to drop off a 24 hour urine sample. They claimed that I had a piece of paper that I was to turn in with my lab. I never got the piece of paper. They claimed that they didn't have the ability to look up the doctor's orders I had given them 4 days prior when they drew my blood. Very curious. I called my doc's office and had them send the Prescription again. The Labcorp people wouldn't even look for it. Finally we left, dumped the 24 hour urine sample, and will start over again after my doc gives me new orders to hopefully a legitimate lab next time.
