Had an appointment did not get blood drawn until about 20 minutes later. I arrived 20 minutes early and they took at lest 5 walking before me. Why make an appointment; the woman who walked in right behind me had her named called right after mine was.

I am a single mother to Three kids that are in between the ages of three and eight. I chose your facility for my pre-employment drug screen because of the name and I thought that you had a great reputation but I’m not impressed at all in fact my childcare is very limited and I could only get a sitter on Friday afternoon. I arrived at your facility at 2:45 PM and the doors were locked. I stood by the door waving for a few minutes and someone finally came but told me that they are closed and even after I explain to them my situation they shut the door in my face. My car is in the shop as well so I had to take an Uber to get there which cost me money and time. This is very unprofessional and it’s the worst thing a business can do.

In Somerset, NJ. Dirty looking in lobby. Told to give a urine sample. Directed to a bathroom in back. Was occupied by someone for 10 minutes. Other bathroom used to collect samples was off limits and was told that I could not use it. Was told to use the bathroom in lobby to collect sample which was also occupied. Not appropriate to use bathroom in lobby to collect sample and walk it through lobby to go to back area. Staff members in back were rude. Will avoid this Labcorp site and will tell others to do the same.

They have the worst customer service, rude front desk people & the absolute slowest moving employees. Consistently receive bills for way more than they should be just to see if your stupid enough to pay it, if you do & then try to get the overpayment back, you get nowhere.

You cannot reach a living person at LabCorp unless you go to one of their branches and they always say call their main number. but you only get robots. Their phone number is a waste of your time. And they say they're busy with another customer but never return your call when you're instructed to leave a message with your phone number. What's the point of leaving my phone number, email address and date of birth just so they can pass my info on to another company? I will be going to Quest for my next blood test. These people lie

I walked into Lab Corp on York Rd in Towson, MD on Jan. 9. After sitting for few minutes with no one inside but me and 2 other people I asked the lady at the front desk how long would it be? She responded with I can make an appointment. So, I left and made for today, Jan. 10 at 10:15. Checked in at 10 via my phone. I was going to receive a text when it was time for me to enter the building. Needless to say, I still waited to be seen. They were calling my name in the office. I have no idea why. But fast forward. While I was being seen the staff was rude and very unprofessional. They were using all sort profanity as if they were the only ones in the office. The same lady at the front (same one from yesterday) was still rude. I feel that if you are dealing with the public there is a certain standard of professionalism that you should have and that should be required. The tech that waited on me was extremely nice and explained the next steps as well as the paperwork.

Lab Corp billing is outrageous. They send out “pay upon receipt” notices before they file claims, they often double bill for the same charge and challenge you when questioned, they blame the bank for their inordinate lag time when crediting your account. SAVE YOUR BILLING STATEMENTS and YOUR BANK STATEMENTS if you use online banking. It’s one shoddy operation.

Visited Washington Blvd. One technician working named “Nia”. Been there before and she never addresses you just gets down to it. When putting rubber tie around my arm or hurt me and I cried out loud, it pinched. She did not say I’m sorry just that it had to be tight to draw blood. I replied “you could be more personable”, she was like “excuse me” in a cockey way. I said just get it done and I asked her her name. I can’t imagine how people who are afraid or children deal with this stoic personality. That job should require people skills which this lady surely didn’t have. Sorry I had the wrong location originally.
