Today 05/15/2023 I have called 3 times for the results of my laboratories, which I did in HIaleah, FL on 10/05/2023, the Dr gave me a single last name and I spoke with a representative who left me on hold for 10 minutes and he told me that in 30 minutes they would put it in my account that was at 10:30 am, at 2:00 pm I called again and the representative treated me very badly, however he took the data and told me I would soon be in my account at 2:30 pm. I called again and a lady in very bad taste answered me and had no desire to resolve my problem... at this moment it is 09:16 pm and I do not have my results

Technician Late for Appointment
Showed up on time for my 7AM appointment. Technician arrived at 7:10, did not say a word, went inside her office and closed the door. At 7:20 I knocked on the door, she came out and when I asked what was going on, she said she told her supervisor, she was going to be late.
No respect for patients that have not eaten and have work schedules.
Labcorp has my phone number and email. Why was I not contacted?
Why did the technician walked by me and did not address the issue?
When I told her I could not wait and had to leave, she said sarcastically, Than You.
What an awfull experience.

This is in Midland,TX
This is in Midland,TX. We normally get our lab work done at our family physician's office. They draw our blood and send it to be tested for whatever the case may be. The price for this is always and only $30. Recently the lady that draws the blood quit or something. So the Dr. sent my wife to lab corp. For the same blood work as always. They tried to charge us $225!! And the workers there are horribly rude to top it off. I refuse to pay that bill, we will NEVER pay that bill. My Dr informed me that those test cost $3. That's all they cost to run those test. I was furious 😠 😡
Lab Corp is nothing but a giant scam and crooks. I hope the owner of lab corp reads this post.

Terrible! Go elsewhere!
I am giving 1 star because 0 stars cannot be given. They literally lost my son's Bloodwork, or lab results. He needed his Hepatitis B titers measured for graduate school, and went to Labcorp, and they lost the test results, blood, etcetera. They simply cannot find the specimens. How does that happen? Customer service is non-existent at this place. They simply do not care, and are very nonchalant about this occurrence. AVOID at all costs! Go to Quest!

Double Billed
I submitted samples per their instructions (6 total). They told me they did not receive one of the samples. They were all in the big bag they gave me to return them in. I had to do a 2nd one for that test that they lost. I was billed for both tests and when I went to dispute the 2nd charge they told me it was for a different test. It was not. I will not use them again.

Use another lab
When I showed up for my appointment, the reception area was tiny and over filled. Not sized for the volume of patients. And, it was filthy. Like, I didn’t want to touch anything filthy. This for a lab.
The receptionist couldn’t confirm my order. I gave her the requisition number. She refused to look it up via the order number and told me to send my paperwork so a king obscure email written on a slip of paper taped to a wall.
After email was rejected by their server twice, I wrote down the requisition number and handed it to her. She refused to take it or look at it.
She demanded my phon, I showed it to her(the order), and she insisted I hand he my phone. Nah. I think not.
At this point, she tells me to sit down. I ask her three or four times if she sees my order and then she finally responds yes. Super pleasant at every step.
5 minutes later, she asks for my credit card? What for? This is covered by my insurance at 100%, in network. No, I have to charge you for it, and if they approve, we will refund.
Nope. That’s not how am In-network lab works.
I offer her my insurance card, so she can cerify. No, I need your credit card. This isn’t a credit card. No kidding. You are definitely not getting that.
I have no choice but to leave, without my labs. Possibly with a new communicable disease, though. Waste of 90 minutes of my life.
There are other lab companies.

Terrible facility and poor patient services and experienceWhat went wrong
What went wrong: 1) Received email indicating the wrong location 2) No one at the front desk could confirm appointment 3) Overcrowded small waiting room 4) Unhelpful receptionist 5) Place was dirty 6) Inadequate room signage 7) No wash sink in restroom 8) No place to call to confirm appointment or location.9) Door had no door stop - door hits wall. Other than that, a "wonderful" experience.

Minor child received bloodwork without guardian verification…
Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service, being connected to at last 7 people who could not assist with my request. My minor child got blood work done at one of their locations in Arizona, however guardianship was not verified. A non-guardian took my child to the lab, wasn't verified and LabCorp customer service cannot share the medical notes indicating the date, confirm who took my child, nor have any documentation of the appt itself. When requesting to get my daughters results affiliated to my portal account, again LabCorp customer service could not assist. My last call with customer service (day 2) lasted 30 mins in which they hung up before I could get answers. As someone who works for a large enterprise health insurance company, this is unacceptable practice. As a mother, this practice is shameful and should have protocols in place to ensure guardianship is verified and have a medical records request process since this is expected to be stored within their medical record system, or EHR.
