I Keep getting billed for someone elses labs. I called them and they said they would fix it. I also asked to be refunded for the payments I made that were not mine, they said sure. Fast forward a couple months, I get billed again and no refund. I call and was told they couldn't do anything until they talked to the other persons doctor to verify their name. I asked to be transferred to someone that could help me now. I get a very grumpy lady that tells me that she saw no need for me to ask for a transfer. She saw no need for me to be upset about me paying for labs that were not mine. I told her that the service was rendered in a different city than mine and we that we had different doctors.In the end she hung up on me and that was that. I would not trust my labs with laboratory that can't get their billing right and treat customers that way.

This is the most disorganized and disgusting place. I am a walk in and I have been waiting for 1.5 hours and still not had the blood draw. They told me 1 hour which is still ridiculous- they have 1 tech and a huge room full of people waiting. How can they be so horribly understaffed. I will never use this place again.

Impossible to get someone on the customer service line. I emailed them and 4 days later nothing but “we’ll get back to you soon” but nothing. When I finally got through on the phone she had no idea how to help me.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional! The personnel obviously do not like their chosen employment. I suggest that each one of them reflect upon themselves and decide what they rather be doing. Childish and rebellious behavoir toward the customer base is not acceptable. I have serious concerns as to whether or not my blood testing will be processed within professional protocol.

Your company is one of the reasons we have no money left in medicare, they charge 26.25 to put the needle into my arm to draw the blood they then charge to process. Anyone see this as the big gouge??? I'll find another place to get blood drawn from now on.

Something has changed for the worse. I have visited four Snohomish County, Wa locations several times as I have a bi monthly schedule for testing. So far they have failed to deliver specimen to the U of W lab (specialized testing done in house there) within the 10 day period before the well marked expiration date had passed, no lab results posted whatsoever, 2 times, and no personnel available in the office, with a dozen patients waiting outside the un-opened office, 3 times, no matter some of them had scheduled visits online days prior. Seems one blood draw person per location has become the norm, even in the very busy main hospital location. Attrition is out of control, never the same people twice at the same location, if anyone shows up at all.

I went in on Friday 6/23/23 for routine bloodwork from my annual physical and for my mandatory HIV testing. Got a notification the next day that due to some new government regulation there is a 2 day “delay” in HIV screening results, but the results had already been sent to my doctor and I would receive the results on 6/28/23. Nothing about my other routine bloodwork. Why is it ok to send the results to my doctor and not to me since my insurance is paying for it. Meanwhile I had 2 coworkers test the same day with the same bloodwork orders. One chose a hospital clinic in WV and the other a hospital clinic in OH. Both had all results the next day. Neither had a 2 day “delay”. This government regulation must apply to only LabCorp, if it even exists. I am at day 5 and still no results for my normal bloodwork. I emailed LabCorp twice. Once receiving the normal rhetoric. No response to the second email. I’m beginning to think that the bloodwork is lost. I wish now I would have paid the $70 to go to either hospital clinic.

I paid a $9.33 bill on April 20, which my bank sent an electronic payment. I kept getting past due notices so called. I was told it would take at least 30 days for the payment to be processed. Two month later I received a collection notice. I called and gave them proof my bank had paid in April. They could not find that payment. The answer was wait another week. Really?? I paid it again with my credit card but now they own me $9.33. They said they'd send the info to another dept to try to trace the payment. Somehow I doubt they will even try.
