I go to a pain clinic (Monroe NC) and I had to have a drug test done. Not a problem. It came back as valium positive and after thinking about it realized it was quite possible that I had taken my husband's valium by mistake and told them this. They asked me 10 days later to have a retest which I did. It came back positive for oxazepam and temazepam. I did not know what those drugs were. They were for sleeping. Sleeping is something I have NEVER had a problem with and I have NEVER taken them. I wanted them to rerun the test but they (Lab) refused. I have a call in to Dr. Keith at Lab Corp., the office manager and patient advocate at the Pain Center and my attorney but as of yet have not heard from any of them. To some of you this may not seem a big deal but to me---that is my name on that false report and I want it off. NOW!

Coming yo LabCorp is horrible. I have been waiting for over 2 hours just to be seen an still need assistance. If my insurance did not request I use them I would not. I can’t remember a time I have bot had an extended wait but today is the worsened. Two techs is all they have for all the clients is insane. My patience is done with poor customer service. Your organization is to big to have this be a continuous situation. You cut the hours so I have to take off work just to be serviced, to receive horrible service. Maybe you don’t see my time as valuable but it is and your organization needs to do better.

Arrived at my local test center with a fist full of orders for blood draw and go through the process of checking in, sitting in the chair when I ask the technician to use the veins in my hand verses my inner elbow. I have deep veins and have little success when draws are taken from there. The technician says “well I am going to check your arm”. This same technician on a previous visit disregarded my request and went on to stab me in the inner elbow causing bruising and pain. I do not like this process as it is and I think after 6 decades I know what’s best. At this point, I got up out of the chair and told her I get it done somewhere else. She didn’t even try to stop me, the other tech looked at me knowing how annoyed I was and like she’d seen this interaction before between a patient and this tech. Here’s a news flash for everyone in medicine…YOU WORK FOR ME. I requested a not unreasonable request you will comply or I will go elsewhere. It is noted that this is not typical of most branches at Labcorp but is common at the branch on Mathistown Rd in Little Egg Harbor, NJ

I would give it a zero star if available. Waited over 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Walked out without having the appointment. My time is too valuable to deal with nonsense like this. Hire more employees and have more locations to serve our area!!

The company delays results to the doctor office. Missed my appointment because it took 7 days to sent the results to my doctor even though it showed that final results were available after 2 days. The costumer support is only available for payments. Tried to contact Labcorp twice and get standard automated response. What is the point. No phone number on the patient site. Bad business model

The wait times (with appointment) are ridiculous! It’s a super packed location 108th & McDowell. After you’re called back you still have to wait 20 more minutes to have blood drawn. Maybe this is something lapcorp does idk, I’m here with my kid & for myself I use Sonora quest where I go in & out 7 minutes tops with appointment. Waited 45 minutes to get blood drawn with appointment:(

Yuma AZ Lab on Fortuna Road is horrible! They didn’t send a test result to the Dr In a Phoenix, they didn’t get results for 2 weeks, they didn’t answer my phone messages or emails. I went there and said it was taken care of. My husband almost died from an infection. He was put in the ICU for 3 days. It is their doing . Never never use them!!!

Lost my test, or just dumped it. The person is unprofessional and likely is untruthful.
