Recently changed to a different LC because of rude staff at previous location. Following Waze directions to location there was no signage at the building that I was at the correct location. I tried to call their office and was automatically forwarded to voice mail which was certainly no help. Upon finding and checking into the office I inquired as to why they didn’t answer the phone (2 staff sitting at the desk) and the one sitting there doing absolutely nothing said “we do when we’re not busy”…the other staff person was the phlebotomist and was proceeded to complete process.. I’m not sure what the requirements are for hiring personnel, but some of these customers are patients with unknown issues and staff should be trained in common courtesy and more sensitivity to customers. The previous office was not at all helpful or attentive when I requested to move the chair to the sign-in kiosk, I moved it myself and she just sat there and told me to be sure to put it back. Unfortunately I will need to return annually but have learned not to expect courteous or considerate staff.

Following instructions to the letter, arriving early-successfully used the so-called Express Check-In. Ten min later, when I mistakenly heard my name called, walked into the blood activity area, and sat down. Seeking service, I approached a woman in a nearby lab and asked for assistance. She hastened me away as another attendant approached who reproached my presence, saying "You can't be in here." To which I responded, "it's too late. I'm already here. I quickly returned to the front. An Appt. has been made with Quest Diagnostics. 45 min later, it was time to ask about the delay. "What's your name," the clerk asked. She said the facility was busy with this or that. "Would you mind if I came another time. I'm not a sick person." Back in my office now exploring options.

Larbcorp took over TCL and they are probably the slowest lab I’ve ever seen. TLC had your labs in 24 hours or less for most labs. Labcorp takes a week for routine labs if you’re lucky. Their web site says to wait two weeks for your results before asking about them.
