Desk clerks are inattentive and are in no hurry to get you in and out. Moreover their lab reports are just basic line items on a print out and uninformative compared to competitor lab reports. I will not go back rating a 1 lowest scale. They could take lessons from Quest labs who I rate a 10. It's all about a quick profit from Lab Corp
Save yourself time and money and do not let your Doctors send you there.

Clown Show
I’ve had to call and email Labcorp repeatedly to release my results. An email stated that they had; however, my provider never received them. Labcorp suggested that the initial delay was due to the provider having neglected to include a fax number, which is an out an out lie. The fax number is auto populated. Four days later, I’m still waiting.

Front desk said she had to have a card…
Front desk said she had to have a card on file before I could get my labs drawn. Said card would not be charged until they reached out to me after insurance processed. Not true. My card was charged. Very poor customer service. I would give 0 stats if I could.u

Billing problems
Billing problems, I paid this bill. Got a notice of collections. Tried to call and clear it up. Can't get anyone on the phone. Sent an email on their site. I'm not too hopeful they will get back to me in a timely manner. Do not use this company, seems like they have a pretty bad reputation.

check in
I went to labcorp in smyrna, DE this morning for fasting lab work. I checked in and waited. After 1 hr and 50 minutes my name disappeared from the check in board. I asked why. I was told I never checked in. Then how did my name get on the board in the first place? I was told I would have to start again. NO WAY. This is why people are choosing other vendors instead of labcorp p-- and why I will do the same

Poor Service
On Aug. 26, 2024, I took my 94-year-old father to the Lake Placid, Fla., Labcorp for a doctor-ordered urine test. After he peed in a cup, the woman who runs the office told me she gave us the wrong test -- the doctor wanted a 24-hour urine sample. She gave me a jug and instructed me on how to collect the urine.
I bought a cooler for the test. I spent a day and two nights at my dad's house helping him collect his urine, starting at the crack of dawn and being up half the night to help him every time he went to the bathroom.
Early on Sept. 2, I took the sample back to the Lake Placid Labcorp, and the same woman wouldn't accept it. She said she didn't have the doctor's order that I gave her during our Aug. 26 appointment -- that she gave it back to me. (She didn't! She returned his VA insurance paperwork!) She never told me to bring the doctor's order when I returned the sample. I also found out he was supposed to fast for 12 hours. Good thing he did, because she never told me that either.
I went back to my father's doctor, got another copy of his lab order, and dropped off the urine sample at the nearby Sebring, Fla., Labcorp. Then things got worse. An extremely helpful nurse read the order and told me: the doctor NEVER ORDERED the 24-hr urine sample (only a regular sample) and pointed out that blood work on the order had not been done.
So, after all the work, stress, and hassle over the past week, we have accomplished ABSOLUTELY NOTHING because a doctor's order was not properly read. My father uses a wheelchair; he can barely stand. This is a hardship, and it makes me furious.
