Customer service is terrible, the receptionist was very rude and ill-mannered to me. They gave me the results late, they don't post the results on the patient portal. I will never go back to that place. I went to the Santa Clara office. I recommend that you don't go there.

Had an appointment at 7am. Check in system down. Told to sign in. An hour later went to ask and why I’m still sitting at 8am. Was told rudely that “Im only one person”. I’ve worked in the medical field for 30+ years and I’ve never spoken to a patient the way I’ve been spoken too.

Awful customer service. I have visited 2 locations(west Kendall and Westchester) in both the person who works in front desk was very rude and lack of sympathy. In west Kendall I had the order for a lab and I wanted to get the pricing of the test in advance, just to check if I was able to afford it. But the person in front desk refused to give that information in despite I showed the lab order with the prescription done by the doctor. That happened 1week ago. Today I went to the Westchester location I went with my mother after I purchased a lab online and the requisition came under my name.insted of my.mom. I explained that to them and I tried to get help changing the name of the patient, but no help was received. I had to call the customer service and I had to pay 2 times por the test since not even by phone they were able.yo change the name under the requisition. Now I will.do the tramits to get the refund for the only order thar was actually cheaper. That's another thing apparently there is no communication between the labcorp website and the actual offices. Really a bad experience in general with labcorp

Super slow results delivery and poor customer service.

I had a scheduled appointment at Lab Corp 106 in New Port Richey Fl. for 10:30 Friday 9/27/24 told to be there at 11;15. I was there on time and told to sign myself in. I did. I was rudely barked at asking for my paperwork. I went to my truck and got the prescription from my cardiologist. The same rude lady barked again saying this test must be done prior to 10 AM and handed the prescription back to me. I asked her why the appointment was set at 11;30 if if couldn't be done at that time. She didn't answer me but said it can't be done. I asked how I was suppose to know this and she very rudely said because I Just Told YOU SO. I told her she was a B--CH and left. I went in person to another Lab Corp in Spring Hill to schedule an appointment for another day at the proper time. A Vey Nice lady said we can do it NOW for you if you want. I mention the before 10 AM thing and was told that was not the case and could have been done at my scheduled appointment at #106 but she would be glad to do for me now. It was done in about 15 minuets, no waiting and I was on my way. I believe the techs name @ 106 is Jasmine and she sure needs an attitude adjustment or better shown the front door.

Horrible lab!! Had a 8:15 appt arrived at approx 8:10 and still had me waiting until 8:47 to tell me there were only 2 Children needles and there were 2 kids but I was the second person there!!! Horrible experience will never use them again. I told the tech you will not get blood from my arms and she tried and got no blood and said no small needles for hands. Labcorps in Cedarhurst. 222 Rockaway tpke.

They take much long time for a simple lab test. I sent several emails and even called them, but still, I do not have my result after 8 days. This is not among the tests takes long time. The normal reporting time is 1-2 days. They don't have a clear response, probably they lost my blood sample??

They gave me a estimate of $26.25 for a $900 test. Now im on the hook for the balance. The $26.25 coincidentally is the exact cost of the Veinpuncture. I think they did this deliberately as to not lose the sale. I would have walked out and not had the test cuz i cannot afford it. they have my debt card number I hope they dont try and just charge it to my card. I need that money for rent.
