Went lab corp in Salem Oregon and was very disappointed with the lab told to draw blood in top of my hand as that works best every else listens and does that way when I have blood drawn but this lady would not listen to me said she had to take in my arm were the blood vessels are hard to find so I will not go back there if they. Won’t listen to the patient that knows what works very unprofessional

It would help to have more than one person working the entire lab. It would also be nice to have a real person answer the phone instead of a recording. I was told the lab would be open on Friday, the day of Thanksgiving. I left my family early from our holiday get-together to get to the lab before my next chemo and they were closed. This was after I called and finally got a hold of a live person in the billing dept. who told me they would be open on Friday.

The lady at check out was extremely rude . I am giving it a two star because the phlebotomist was very nice. I was not there for routine blood work but for new cancer diagnosis. Perhaps not having to deal with rude receptionist would have helped.

no record of payment and I paid. I went to Labcorp at Kill Devil Hills NC in 4/4/2022 to submit a stool sample. Labcorp tech said I had a past due and called Labcorp. Labcorp said I had to pay 372.00 against invoice 09207110 and I paid the Labcorp tech LAWREA4 at 1:04 pm. Labcorp shows no record of payment. I emailed proof of payment to them, September 2023, and have called an am getting nowhere. Can you say-frustrated? Laura Gilchrist

These people are Divas. They close at 4PM. It’s all about Insurance and medicare money for Executive Bonuses, not about patients or they would understand working people and their having to give up earning a living. Scam.

Every time I go to Labcorp for bloodwork it is aggravating. They are ALWAYS at least 30 minutes late despite having an appointment. The lab tech is ALWAYS in a bad mood like she doesn’t want to be working there and will make everyone miserable as a result. They “require” masks, despite there being ample studies and results showing masks do crap for stopping anything. If you have time to waste, like dealing with disgruntled employees, and are stuck in 2020 covid fear….this is the place for you.

2 calls to this company. 1st call 02/07 at 745pm. The girl was very helpful a true 5. HOWEVER today Feb 08. 2023. the girl Sandra _ Awful customer service. Rude on phone. would not listen. just wanted to talk over me rather than reading notes from yesterdays call with 1st customer service rep. maybe she had a bad night but that's not my fault. She was terrible. would never have her at my business.
