The company did not ship what I ordered and claims that this is their priviledge under the fine print of their disclaimer. Refuses to make good. Very disappointed.

Giving them a 1star b/c no option for 0. Sent family in our LA a gourmet rustic Italian $200 worth basket and not only was basket received late, there was nothing gourmet or Italian about it. Bunch of rip off, scammers. I hope their business rots like their crappy baskets. How sad they benefit from lying.

My sweet FIL sent me basket. For $150, I was supposed to receive two types of wine (Woodbridge and Yellow Tail) and three types of brownies/cookies. There were no desserts, and two bottles of Tisdale. (Each bottle retails for about $2.) DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

My son ordered a gift basket, trying to surprise me for the holiday, and was scammed by this company. He paid them $130 for a wine basket but they didn’t send anything. They didnt answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails, and there is no physical address listed. This is not a real company and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money, especially at the holidays. Save yourself a headache and do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company is a joke. They won't help you or return your call. They took my money and never delivered a Christmas basket. RIP OFF

This company is a rip off. They take your money and then don’t deliver anything like what you’ve ordered! It’s one thing to stipulate that sometimes you need to substitute something but it’s another altogether to substitute EVERYTHING to the point that the basket resembles something else completely and is valued at a fraction of what you paid. I demand money back now!

Terrible Service Items in basket were replaced by super cheap alternatives. This is a total SCAM.

Very dishonest vendor. I purchased a gift basket and upgraded the champagne for an additional $78 charge. When my sister received her basket, she sent me a pic of it in her thank you - and I noticed that the vendor DID NOT upgrade the champagne, which I paid for. THey refused to refund me the $78.
