I ordered my glasses like week ago and…
I ordered my glasses like week ago and they are just creating shipping label but never giving it to cargo. Customer service is not answering.

Hi Mira, we shipped your glasses on 8/15/2022, your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Usually it will take us 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please be patient and don't worry. BTW, we tried to contact you 2-3 times to tell you the tracking updates, no reply from you. Would you please check your inbox and spam box?
