Pewaukee Location - Lydia was so dry and simply made me feel like I wasn't even a customer (it was very slow, nowhere near busy). Usually all of the kwik trip employees are so nice even when it's busy and they are tired. But, today I don't if she was having a I dont care kinda day but her attitude made me feel like I needed to go spend my money with another gas station company. If I hadn't been coming here for 3 years straight and this was my first visit I would probably never come back again - customer service should always be top tier.. She didn't ask me if I had a rewards card, didnt try to upsale any treats like thry usually do, and showed no emotion (no smile) very dry low speech, I had to ask for a bag before even being offered one.

Marshall Minnesota locations trespassing me because of Katrina. Rude. I have asbergers syndrome. 2 years its been going on. I complained. Just Saturday. I got trespassed. Marshall police took ny side to hear what the issue was didn't l8ke that. Know both stores management. Went back to talk to them . Sounds like retaliation. Called the company. More likely kwik trip corporate office blocked my number. This is disability harassment. Retaliation to tresspass me for a year. Katrina needs to be fired with her other co workers protecting her. The harassment continued with Katrina leaving the sales floor. Having other parties help her get me banned. I hope others will boycott kwik trip locations. Blocking my number. Management needs to go with the rest of the staff at Main street and Collage drive kwik trip stores in Marshall Minnesota. I cannot help asbergers syndrome. And have been discriminated. Kwik trip corporate office needs to take this matter seriously and hire new staff. Yoy can't deal with customers being mentally disabled with Autism. And go get them kicked out. Than you need to be terminated. Thus complaint is being submitted to the ADA disability rights. One way to ve sued

After several years of giving this company a chance I'm personally boycotting it! So many misleading ads , issues with coupons, corporate not talking with the stores or training staff before setting them loose on the public, take the word Kwik out of the name it's not Quick in any way the pump's won't let you purchase fuel unless they can put a unrealistic hold on your card making you go inside a busy store and prepay! What's the point of that? There fuel prices are higher than anyone around them already. They only serve pre packed food no MTO aka Made to Order like several competitors that are slowly moving into their territory. Yet they won't adapt to trends that made the others business grow and actually develop a cult following. Calling corporate does absolutely nothing they have bad information about $ off fuel and what it does and doesn't work with, basically lie to you when in fact the customer already knows what they say is not true. I'm cutting up my rewards/tracking card today and never returning to another KT , just to many issues being a customer that just wants to buy what they need and move on. The straw that broke the Camels back today was trying to pay inside to use up my $ off fuel I couldn't even pay inside because their Point of sale system was still trying to charge more than I asked for, I called my bank they told me what their system was trying to charge! It was more than what the display said. That should be illegal if its not already! I visited the Madison Avenue location in Mankato specifically to get my usual morning 12oz coffee, only to find out they are discontinuing this size. This is disappointing for regular commuters who prefer a smaller option. I used to rely on this specific convenience, and removing standard options is not friendly. I'll be taking my business to other local stations that have Top tier Gas and cater better to commuter preferences. I wasn't a fan of the cheap eggs either.

My experience at Kwik Trip is always great. They have anything you need. Hot and cold. Their slogan when your done works well. ' See you next time'...I go there often.

The night shift seems to always be busy doing something around the store. Dealing with certain people isn't easy so I give them props. The workers actually talk and have conversations with you. They listen. Please give these night crew workers a round applause and pat on the back BRAVO!!

I stopped by hoping for a quick bite, but the selection was pathetic—only three items left on the hot plate despite three employees being on the clock. I grabbed a burger and some cheese sticks; the sticks were just okay, but the quarter-pound burger was absolutely disgusting, overcooked, and black around the edges. This was my first and last time stopping here during the day. I normally visit during the third shift, and the difference is night and day. When Nicky and Anthony are working, they actually work hard, have a great attitude, and are willing to cook something fresh if you ask. The way day shift runs things is a joke. If you're looking for food during the day, don't bother—you're much better off going to TA Travel Center or Shell where you'll actually have options

I recently went to the Kwik Trip in Cadott, WI and for the THIRD time, the gas pump was NOT turned on for me to pump my gas after I paid for it. This is absolutely unacceptable and I won't be stopping there for gas anymore. No explanation, no apology for me having to run in AGAIN for them to set the pump - I good reason to always ask for your receipt.
