Great customer service and flower I highly recommend

My last order a couple weeks ago once again I was beyond pleased. They’re for ever getting new product. One of them is the switch boutique cartridges my favorite throw away 2 g cartridge.. Sebastian my driver like I said he’s like your buddy next-door and if you’re scheduled for an hour and a half and he drives by your house he’s gonna call you and ask you can I swing by on the way I’ve had a deliver in 10 minutes, even though I was scheduled for an hour and a half only because Sebastian knew he was driving by my house killed two birds with one stone made me extraordinary happy made brownie points for the company and wasted no time. Thank you, Kwiki. Thank you Sebastian. Thank you front desk for all your knowledge. I’m 62 years old and I’m still getting scolded by the newbies if they are newsiesfrom Kwiki because they know what they’re doing.

Jackie, who took my order was AMAZING! Not only did she read off a ton of strains to make sure I got what I wanted, she answered my questions, she made suggestions and even saved me$20 and I still got all i wanted. Best of all, she acted like a real person with a personality and she listened to me complain about a driver i dont like. Walked away with 17.5 g + a preroll of my choosing for $100! Way cheaper than most places and the quality is good. Quality+quantity=happy customer! Jackie gets 6 stars, she deserves a raise and should train every employee on customer service...seriously This one driver i mentioned though, who delivered tonight, chick in the red Honda, long nails.... she's is no good! She never texts telling you your eta, she doesnt all when she arrives if u dont respond to text. In the past she has driven off without delivering my order when I didn't see the text right away, then had to wait another hr for her to come back. Her attitude sucks ass. It's like she hates her job, her life, the world and you. Zero personality and is rude. She delivered tonight, about 50 mins after I ordered when I was told to expect 60-90 mins. She rolled the window down, no eye contact, says 100, and hand me the bag, windows up. And I live down a long driveway ant the end.of a lot, 4 houses down from the street, every other driver goes down the drivee here goes down the driveway and parks in front of my house. Not this chick, she stays on the street and makes me walk down to her. I'd prefer she not deliver to.me again! She gets 1 star.

I placed my order with Celest, she was very professional, friendly, and you can tell she cares about her customers. It's employees like her that keep customers coming back. It's nice to speak to a caring employee, so often now days people on the other end are very rude and act as we are taking them out their way. Forgetting they signed up for the job. Not Celest, she was exceptionally helpful, her tone of voice super friendly as if I speak to her on a regular basis, this world needs more of her working with the public. Thank you Celest!!
