I’ve been waiting nearly eight months for my order of shirts, and it has been an ongoing back-and-forth trying to get updates. Lynn, who has been handling my case, has been kind and has made real efforts to follow up, which is the main reason I’m giving three stars instead of less. Unfortunately, despite her help, it feels like management hasn’t taken the necessary steps to resolve the situation promptly. The experience has been frustrating: I only have a USPS tracking number showing that the package is still waiting to be received, and every update has been delayed. Meanwhile, I keep seeing ads for their new shirts, but I still don’t have the ones I ordered months ago. That said, the shirts themselves are good quality when they arrive, which makes the situation even more disappointing. With better accountability and faster order fulfillment from the company’s leadership, Kvintage could easily be a 5-star brand.

I have still never got my order it's been 3 months

The shirts came about almost 2 months after I ordered them, I'm not sure if that's normal but it seems long to me. Once I got them I was really happy with how they looked and I enjoy wearing them. However, after about 2 weeks, the stitching in my Mina shirt came undone, creating a big hole in the side. Before this I had only worn this shirt once so I was really shocked and disappointed.

Kvintage fell off real bad. The shirt quality is not like their first drop. Comparing the first Karin shirt drop they had to their latest Winter shirt drop is like night and day. The Karina shirt was more like Uniqlo quality and I didn’t the price or waiting. But this time the quality is really low on their latest drop. For the price it’s not worth it and shipping took two extra months than promised. I haven’t even received the sweater I ordered. Would not recommend this buyer. TLDR: Drop in quality, overpriced, and lack of communication. Only good thing they do right is the design and marketing. Edit: Raising to three stars since my zip up hoodie finally arrived and the quality of the sweater is 100x better than the shirts. I would recommend getting the sweaters if they keep making them with the quality they made these. Only complaint from the sweater is that the zipper seems very cheap and flimsy, resembles the cheap bright silver zippers from H&M sweaters.

Still just haven't received status for both of my orders. THE Le SSERAFIM shirt and Karina shirt. Would rate higher I fi got an answer back.
