Hello Hamza, We are closed over the weekends. Your order from Friday night shipped out today, Tuesday. Orders take 1-2 business days to ship out.

Hello Steven, we have no record of an order from you and you did not respond to the request from Trust Pilot for order details. Our email line support is responded to within 24 hours. Facebook removed our page because of the products we sell 4-5 years ago.

Hello, you ordered last Friday on 4/5. Our warehouse is closed over the Weekend. Orders take 1-3 business days to ship out as per the order confirmation email. Your order went out Tuesday 4/9 which is the second business day from your order date. You will have it Wednesday or Thursday which is before your estimated arrival of the standard shipping timeframe you selected which is 5-11 business days.
