Excellent and quick customer service. Needed to contact Kuranda because the assembly instructions weren’t sent with the dog bed. Gave a 4 because the bed is slightly wobbly due to the warning about tightening the nuts and bolts too tight. We made it look like the picture, but it doesn’t seem tight enough.

These are excellent beds and two of my three Goldens love them. My old geriatric boy can’t navigate onto the bed but easy to clean, move perfect for my younger guys!

Hi Debra, if your older dog would prefer shorter legs, we have 3" crate legs that might be easier for him. Older dogs can greatly benefit from a cot-style design since it evenly distributes their weight and eliminates pressure points. Older dogs often feel much better when they use our beds regularly so if there's a way we can help your older gentleman use his bed, we would really love to find a way!

This was exactly what we were looking for to place on our patio. The cats love it and I was impressed on how sturdy and high quality the materials were. I would highly recommend this to any cat lovers out there!

The bed arrived in a timely manner, was very easy to put together, and was everything I hoped it would be. The bonus is my 10 year old golden retriever just loves it!

I ordered two of the aluminum dog beds after my Doberman and Great Dane destroyed every other bed and will say they are a great solution! Great quality and last long. Totally worth the investment. Anyone looking for a “chew proof” bed look no further! Thank you Kuranda!
