When the box arrived , I was intimated and thought "Can I do this" But once I read the instructions It was very simple to assemble . the quality of the bed is beyond what I had expected and so I would recommend this company and bed to any Dog owner .5 stars is well deserving. By the way I have a 120lb Leonberger and there is ample room for her. thank you

Great quality!

Excellent customer service for the best dog beds! I was even advised of warranty coverage on a bed I purchased a few years ago and replacement parts were sent with my order. An all around great company to work with and the only dog beds I will invest in!

I love and of course so do the dogs. This was bought specifically for my old GSP (14) as he needed a surface that was tight enough so he cab get up on his feet. Thanks for such a great bed and service!

Probably wonderful but my dog won't lay on it. Wish I'd gotten the mesh one.

Hi Deb, you could order just the outdoor mesh fabric to switch it out on the bed you already have. We also hear that sometimes taking the legs completely off the bed will help an apprehensive dog get used to the elevated design. https://kuranda.com/replacement-parts/fabrics I hope that helps!

My forty pound terrier mix has already removed the blue covering in one section of the bed --- after only three weeks! We have used your product for years and usually this doesn't occur until after a year or two of scratching, chewing, etc. Is there a problem with the blue covering (I have not used it before)?

Hi Karl, I have not heard of any recent issues with our heavy duty vinyl fabrics but I have sent a message with our operations manager and will send you confirmation/more details privately when I hear back. You can call me directly if you need anything else, 800-752-5308, ext 103 Thanks! Beth Klein

incredible bed. My big destructive dogs have now had this bed for almost a month. Not a dent. They usually destroy EVERY bed or blanket, within minutes. This bed is perfect. Getting another one!!!
