High quality beds. The dog pads are very well made and easy to maintain. The shelter has always been very happy when one arrives! Customer Service also deserves 5 stars. I had several questions and each one was patiently answered. 😀

I from my experience know not why Kuranda chooses to push or at the very least place Fedex as number one choice of shippers? My experience with Fedex has not been good ! I would say at least 80% of the times they have been used. Even thou I use UPS Kundra charges more, other businesses that I order from does not charge more for UPS, guess they, for the benefit of their customers and good business practice, absorb the price !

Easy to assemble. Solid construction. What I expect from a product made in the US.

I have 6 beds, 2 inside and 2 outside and gave 2 to my son for his new pup. They are the best

I didn't know about these beds until my dogs were about one - I literally could have bought 5 or more Kuranda beds for each from what I spent on the cotton stuffed beds. I still have the first two Kuranda beds seven years later and they are in perfect shape!!
